All vendors are required to make one social media post and one story when provided their 2025 Southeast Plant Show vendor image.
Do I get to pick my booth location?

Vendors may get the opportunity to choose booth location based on available spots, but booth location requests are NOT guaranteed. If the vendor has special needs or accommodations for booth location, please notify the organizer of such before returning the signed agreement.

What are the times of the event?

What time do I need to be there?

Saturday, vendors MUST be at their assigned booths no later than 7:30 AM.

Sunday, vendors MUST be at their assigned booths no later than 9:30 AM.

Please follow the parking signs. You must enter through the Sugarloaf Parkway front gate. (Cross Street Elgin Trl).
Set-up
When is set-up?
-
Load-in will begin on Friday starting at 10 am. Each group will have 30 minutes to drive their vehicle INTO the venue, pull up next to their space, and unload their vehicle. After unloading, within your allotted time, please immediately park your car outside the venue. You may stay on-site and begin setting up your booth after you unload. Vendors MUST have their spot set up no later than 6 PM on Friday for a mandatory safety inspection, so please plan accordingly.
Can I set up on Saturday?

No set-up will be allowed any other time/day other than Friday from 10 AM until 6 PM.
Other
Can I upgrade my 10x10 booth to a 20x10?

If spots are available, an upgrade to VIP Vendor or Sponsor will be allowed.
How do I find my promo code for free tickets?
-
Once tickets go on sale and your vendor spot is fully paid for, you will receive an email with subject title “Ticket Promo Code.” This email will include your promo code for your 4 free tickets and directions on how to access them.
How can I use my free tickets?
-
However you prefer. If you decide to do a giveaway on social media, please include us as a collaborator and/or tag us.
What should I bring for door/ raffle prizes?
-
Anything related to the mission of the show. Be sure to include business cards if applicable so we can let the winners know where their new winnings came from.
Note
*Alcohol is not permitted on the fairgrounds property.
