This application is for participation in the 2026 Southeast Plant Show, to be held at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds. Upon submission, applicants will be notified of their approval status via email in January.

If approved, you will be contacted via email with an invoice for $100, which is non-refundable.

• Saturday, June 27 | 8 AM - 5 PM (VIP Entry: 8 AM-10 AM, General Admission: 10 AM)

• Sunday, June 28 | 10 AM - 4 PM

Load Out: 

• Sunday, June 28 | 4 PM - 7 PM

All food truck vendors are required to be on the fairgrounds no later than 30 minutes prior to public gate opening each day. Food trucks will be positioned inside the gates and adjacent to high-traffic buildings to maximize visibility and customer access. For safety and logistical reasons, food trucks will not be permitted to exit the fairgrounds while gates are open to the public; vendors should plan accordingly. Last year’s event welcomed approximately 4,000 attendees, and similar or higher attendance is expected this year. Vendors are allowed to complete their setup on Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM.

LICENSES, PERMITS AND TAXES.  The vendor agrees to obtain the proper licenses and/or permits for using the space covered by this Agreement as required by Federal, State, or Gwinnett County agencies according to Georgia Law and Gwinnett County ordinances and supply evidence to SPS on demand. The vendor agrees to pay applicable taxes and provide the proper licenses and permits.

All food truck vendors participating in the event are expected to adhere to the following standards:

1. Professionalism: Vendors shall conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner at all times while on the fairgrounds.

2. Compliance: All vendors must comply with event rules, health and safety regulations, and any directives issued by event staff or security.

3. Punctuality: Vendors must arrive on time, fully set up before gates open, and remain on-site until event closing, unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.

4. Cleanliness: Vendor areas must be kept clean and free of debris. Trash must be disposed of properly and oil or grease spills must be cleaned immediately.

5. Conduct: Any behavior deemed disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe will result in removal from the event and forfeiture of fees.

6. Preparedness: Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary supplies, including power sources, permits, and signage, and for being fully operational during all event hours.

This Food Truck Vendor Application ("Agreement") is between the undersigned applicant ("Vendor") and Southeast Plant Show LLC for participation as a food truck vendor at the designated event. By signing and submitting this application, the Vendor agrees to follow all rules and conditions set by the Organizer, including any updates.

This Agreement is legally binding. Vendor participation is subject to full compliance with all Organizer policies, including health and safety standards, permit requirements, payment terms, and conduct guidelines.

By signing below, the Vendor affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Agreement in its entirety. The Vendor further understands that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of any fees paid.

This Agreement shall be effective as of the date signed and shall remain in force through the duration of the event and any related activities. The Organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
