This application is for participation in the 2026 Southeast Plant Show, to be held at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds. Upon submission, applicants will be notified of their approval status via email in January.

Load Out:
All food truck vendors are required to be on the fairgrounds no later than 30 minutes prior to public gate opening each day. Food trucks will be positioned inside the gates and adjacent to high-traffic buildings to maximize visibility and customer access. For safety and logistical reasons, food trucks will not be permitted to exit the fairgrounds while gates are open to the public; vendors should plan accordingly. Last year’s event welcomed approximately 4,000 attendees, and similar or higher attendance is expected this year. Vendors are allowed to complete their setup on Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM.
