Interested in becoming a Vendor/Sponsor for the 2026 Show?

1) Fill out the Interest Form below.

2) We will review the submitted interest forms and categorize them as "Accepted" or "Waitlisted".
3) If accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to fill out the final application. Please be prepared with logo files for submission. 

     - Use the same email on the application and interest form to speed up the backend processes. 

     - Sponsors must have vector files, VIP and lower tiers can use .jpg or .png files (all sponsors are required to provide                    vector logo image upon approval. Vip vendors are required to have basic logo.)

     - If filling out the final application before January 1, please note that the deposit will be due within 5 days of application             submission. The rest of the payment will be due January 15, 2026.

     - If filling out the final application during or after January 1, the full amount will be due within 5 days of application                    submission. 
     - To see what each tier includes, please review the Vendor Packet below. 

4) If waitlisted, don't panic! Due to circumstances beyond their control, some vendors have to back out. That is when we look at our waitlisted vendors.
