Interested in becoming a Vendor/Sponsor for the 2027 Show?

Thank you for your interest. Please keep an eye on your email for the required steps to complete your interest form and be sure to complete items before the indicated deadline. Initial payment is due within 5 business days of receiving the acceptance email.

Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your interest form.

The Process

1) Fill out the Interest Form below.

2) We will review the submitted interest forms within 2-3 weeks and categorize them as "Accepted" or "Waitlisted".
3) If accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to fill out the final application. Please be prepared with logo files for submission.

- Use the same email on the application and interest form to speed up the backend processes.

- Sponsors must have vector files, VIP and lower tiers can use .jpg or .png files (all sponsors are required to provide vector logo image upon approval. VIP vendors are required to have basic logo.)

- If filling out the final application before January 1, please note that the deposit will be due within 5 days of application submission. The rest of the payment will be due January 10, 2027.

- If filling out the final application during or after January 1, the full amount will be due within 5 days of application submission.

4) If waitlisted, don't panic! Due to circumstances beyond their control, some vendors have to back out. That is when we look at our waitlisted vendors.
