2026 Southeast Plant Show Influencer Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an official Influencer for the 2026 Southeast Plant Show, happening June 27–28, 2026! We are a community-based, volunteer-led plant show—built entirely through the hard work and passion of plant lovers. Every member of the SPS Team, including the Founder, generously volunteers their time to bring this event to life each year.

Because of this, we maintain a limited number of influencer spots to ensure strong collaboration, meaningful partnerships, and quality coverage of the show.

Influencers are not able to be vendors.

Application deadline is December 31st, 2025.

All applicants will receive an acceptance/denial email by January 10th, along with an official contract outlining expectations, benefits, posting requirements, and important dates.

Logistics & Deliverables

Mandatory attendance is required for Saturday and Sunday of the event. Do you have availability to attend both days of the show?

Do you need ADA or accessibility accommodations?

Are you comfortable filming vendors, sponsors, attendees, and show features?

Do you agree to submit content within 72 hours of event completion? (Reels/TikToks/Photos for marketing use)

Are you willing to add the Southeast Plant Show as a collaborator on your posts?

Are you comfortable with the Southeast Plant Show having content usage rights?

(Please note: The Southeast Plant Show is a fully volunteer-run event, including the SPS Team and Founder. Influencer roles are unpaid unless a separate compensation agreement is explicitly issued. However, SPS does offer compensation through our Ticket Affiliate Program, allowing all influencers to earn a commission on ticket sales made through their unique affiliate link.)
