As a volunteer, you’ll score free admission on your volunteer day, unlocking access to rare plants, one-of-a-kind vendors, and stunning exhibits—on us. You’ll also receive an exclusive volunteer T-shirt to wear your plant love proudly.

Setup

Moving tables and chairs.

Photography

Photographing throughout the time period.

Upload photos to the Google Drive link within two weeks of the event.
Ticketing Booth

Scanning tickets & handing out wristbands.

Keeping the car gate closed.
Runners/Floaters

May be assigned to other places as needed.

Assisting vendors, such as letting them take bathroom breaks.

Taking out trash throughout the event.
Plant Competition

Monitoring plants to ensure safety.

Explaining voting process.
Merch Sales

Selling merchandise.
